2. Lyfetrak.com gathers information from users on a voluntary basis and is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user as a result of a third party's use of this information.

3. Lyfetrakmaintains the right, at any time and without notice, to add, remove, or modifythe contents, method of access, and supply of services of the portal.

4. It is the user'sresponsibility to verify the veracity of the responses received through theportal in his or her own interest, and Lyfetrak is not liable for thegenuineness of the responses.

5.The site'sdesign, images, text, corporate logo, and databases are all the sole propertyof Lyfetrak, and no one may use/compile/reproduce the above for any purposeother than that for which it was intended.

6.Users ofLyfetrak.com agree not to use the site for any illegal or unexpected purpose,and Lyfetrak will not be held liable for any results and will take appropriatemeasures.

7. Theuser is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of theirassigned user id and password, and Lyfetrak.com shall not be accountable forany tampering or modification of the site's contents hosted on their behalf byany third party.

8. Lyfetrak.comshall not be accountable for denial of access, intermittent access, orineffective portal performance caused by server failure, data transfer link/transmission, virus/bugs, unlawful access, or any other Force majeure scenario.

9. Only the CochinCity Courts have legal authority over any litigation, arbitrations, or othermatters relating to Lyfetrak's business and services.

10. Within 24 hoursof receiving payment from the candidate, Lyfetrak.com will activate the resumesof the registered candidates and offer access.

11. The registeredcandidate's resume will be kept in the Lyfetrak.com database for one year fromthe date of activation.

12. Duringthe registration period, Lyfetrak will provide free access to the registeredcandidate's resume for viewing, updating, and processing.

13. Lyfetrakdoes not promise that the registered candidate will be hired. The candidate'shosting cost is solely for the purpose of hosting their resumes onLyfetrak.com.

14. Lyfetrakwill not be held liable for any misleading claims made to candidates by otheragencies, such as job guarantees.

15. Lyfetrak is notliable to candidates for the terms and conditions of the employer who hiredthem or the placement consultant who helped them get the job through the site.

16. Once the resumeis hosted, Lyfetrak will not refund the hosting cost under any circumstances.
